ADULT FAITH FORMATION CLASS REGISTRATION

WELCOME TO ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

1. Please complete the form below to register for the class. Make sure to click the 'PROCEED TO PAYMENT' button (this registers you for the class).

The payment page will follow. You have two options for payment:
- Pay online by credit card, debit card, or ACH check OR
- Drop off a check made out to St. Michael's AFF. Place check in an envelope. Write your name and Adult Faith Formation on the envelope. Drop it off at the Faith formation Office via the mail drop next to the door.
2. All students must order their own class materials unless otherwise noted. Use the links to vendors which are provided below or you may try to find bargains from other vendors.

Watch all episodes from season five of this popular series during this
8-week program, with discussions afterwards on the important themes touched on from each episode and their biblical foundations.

Deacon Wayne Topper will present this 8 session program at two different times:

Beginning August 12-Oct 7 (Tuesday evenings) 7pm-9pm, Room 230 August 13- Oct 8 (Wednesday mornings) 10am-12pm, Room 230.

We do have a $10 per person registration fee for each class, which is used to offset the cost of studies, handouts, and other associated costs.
