  Welcome to another year of Life Teen at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church!
  We are excited to journey alongside your family this year through prayer, friendship, retreats, service, discipleship, and authentic Catholic community.
  Registration is required for all teens participating in Life Teen events, retreats, and regular Sunday Life Nights.
  This helps us properly care for your teen, maintain emergency information, communicate with families, and prepare meals, transportation, and ministry materials throughout the year.
What is Life Teen?
- Life Teen is the high school youth ministry of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church.
  Each Sunday includes:
  • The 5:30 PM Life Teen Mass
  • Dinner and fellowship
  • Games, activities, and community building
  • Dynamic talks and small group discussions
  • Prayer, Adoration, and opportunities to grow deeper in the Catholic faith
  Throughout the year, we also offer retreats, conferences, Bible studies, service opportunities, fundraisers, camps, social events, and summer activities!
Why do I need to register my teen?
- Registration is required for participation in Life Teen events and helps us properly care for and communicate with our families throughout the year.
  By registering, families receive:
  • Important ministry updates and announcements
  • Event and retreat information
  • Emergency contact and medical safety coverage
  • Access to sign-ups and ministry communication
  • Accurate planning for meals, supplies, transportation, and small groups
  We truly appreciate your support in helping us build a strong and organized ministry for our teens.
Who can register?
- Life Teen is open to all high school teens in Grades 9–12.

When does Life Teen run?
- Our ministry year begins in mid-August and continues through early May, following the Cherokee County School District calendar. We take breaks during major school holidays and breaks.
Where and when do we meet?
- Sundays:
  
  Life Teen Mass at 5:30 PM
  Life Nights from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
  
  This year, Life Teen will officially move into our new upstairs St. Gabriel Meeting Space in the parish’s new building addition!
  
  We are incredibly excited to begin the year in this new home for our high school ministry.
Registration & Cost?
- Annual Registration: $60 per teen
  The annual registration fee helps support our year-round ministry and includes:
  • Life Teen t-shirt
  • Supplies and materials for Life Nights and events
  • Games, activities, and hospitality
  • Ministry and faith formation resources
  • Emergency and contact information management for ministry events and communication
  • Admission to Adult Faith Formation events
  
  In addition, each Life Teen family is asked to participate in our Family Dinner Ministry in ONE of the following ways:
  • Join a Parent Cook Team and help with dinner during the ministry year
  OR
  • Submit a $60 annual meal donation if unable to volunteer
  Our weekly Sunday dinners are an important part of building community and fellowship within Life Teen, and we are deeply grateful for the support of our families in making them possible throughout the year.

  One of the most meaningful parts of Life Teen is gathering together for Sunday dinner before each Life Night. To help make this possible, we ask every family to either serve through our Parent Dinner Ministry or contribute toward meal costs for the year.
